FOR AGENCIES & TEAMS

Grow Together.
Keep What You've Built.

Pinnacle Covenant supports established agencies, developing organizations, producer teams, and collaborative groups that want broader access and stronger support without unnecessarily dismantling their existing structure.

ORGANIZATIONS ARE NOT ALL THE SAME

The Structure Should Match the Business.

Some producers operate through formal agencies with established hierarchies. Others work collaboratively with peers without creating a traditional upline/downline structure.

The relationship should reflect how the organization actually operates.

TWO DISTINCT PATHS

Agency Structure or Production Group.

FORMAL AGENCY / HIERARCHY

Built Around an Established Organizational Relationship.

A legitimate agency relationship may include an agency principal or leader with recruited producers operating within an established hierarchy. PCIN works to support legitimate organizational relationships within available carrier structures.

PRODUCTION GROUP

Collaborative Production Without Creating a False Hierarchy.

PCIN can recognize peer collaborations as Production Groups for tracking and program purposes without representing them as formal carrier hierarchies or creating ownership rights that do not otherwise exist.

WHAT PCIN CAN ADD

Infrastructure for Organizational Growth.

01

Carrier Access

Expand the markets available to eligible producers and fill product gaps.

02

Contracting Support

Organize producer contracting, appointment requests, and carrier onboarding.

03

Production Visibility

Track team or group activity where appropriate.

04

Producer Development

Provide affiliated producers access to education, tools, and resources.

05

Performance Programs

Eligible organizations may participate in team-oriented production and recognition programs.

06

Growth Pathways

Quality production may create broader opportunities as the organization grows.

HIERARCHY MATTERS

Organizational Relationships Should Be Clear.

An agency relationship may include established leadership, producer relationships, and compensation structures. Pinnacle Covenant works to preserve those legitimate organizational relationships while supporting the carrier access and infrastructure the agency needs.

Carrier hierarchies and compensation structures can vary by carrier, product, and contractual arrangement. PCIN works with affiliated agencies to establish appropriate structures based on the organization's existing relationships and the opportunities available through the network.

THE PRINCIPLE

Your Structure Should Reflect the Organization You've Actually Built.

PCIN's role is to support legitimate agency relationships—not unnecessarily restructure them.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOUR ORGANIZATION

What Are You
Trying to Build?

Whether you operate an established agency, are developing a producer organization, or simply have a group that wants to produce together, the right starting point is understanding the structure you actually have and the support you need.
